Five things every Mumma needs in her first trimester

Congratulations mumma! You’re probably feeling a mixture of overwhelming joy, anxiousness, nausea and excitement… all wrapped up together in those precious first few weeks. The first trimester (weeks 1 -12) is a vital time as you begin to prepare yourself physically (and mentally) for growing a baby in that belly of yours.

Now is a good time to download a pregnancy app if you haven’t already, so it can assist you in the countdown to the birth of your baby, track your pregnancy weekly and provide relevant articles to support your current stage.
