What is your returns policy?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase and must contact us prior to the return to ensure you are eligible. 

How much is it to return my purchase?

We understand that sometimes purchases are not always the best, and you will want to return. All you need to do is repackage the parcel and we will arrange the label for you to print. The shipping cost will be on us.

Just email hello@somethingformumma.com.au to ensure you are eligible for a return first. Any returns sent without contacting us for approval first will be rejected.

What happens if my item is faulty?

If you have received an item that is faulty, please contact us immediately to investigate at hello@somethingformumma.com.au. We do comply with Australian Consumer Law and will ensure that your rights are met. Please ensure you have the order number handy so we can take a look and resolve as quickly as possible for you. 

I have placed an order and my details are incorrect. How do I update?

Don’t worry this can happen.
We have a small window before your order is shipped out where we can attempt to update the delivery address for your order. Orders that are dispatched from our Partner Providers require an extra step to request any changes to addresses but typically this can be amended without a worry.
The best and fastest way to contact us about address changes is via email. Simply let us know your order number and the updated address and we will do our best to fix this up for you.

Shipping Policy

As soon as your order is packed and ready to go you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Keep in mind for some delivery services your tracking can take up to 7 hours to reflect your parcel's journey. 


Where is my order?

We’re so sorry to hear that your order has been delayed. We do try with our delivery partners to meet everyones delivery options but sometimes things can happen and it is outside of our control. If you have not received your parcel outside 2 working days of expected arrival, please contact us with your order number and we will try track it down for you. 

An item I have seen on your website is sold out, can I still order it?

Some of our products are very popular and sell out so quickly, so we completely understand you wanting to purchase it if you can. If an item can be re-stocked we usually write this information in the description. Please contact us with the product(s) that you wish to have and we will contact our resources and see if we can get it for you.

Will we restock products?

Absolutely! If we can, we will. If an item is listed as SOLD OUT this generally means that we are tentatively unable to take any more orders. If we will be restocking and you have contacted us wanting it, we will notify you by email when the product is re-stocked. 


There is an essential product that is not on your website but I would like and struggling to find it. Can you help me?

Definitely. Please send us an email with what you are after and we will do our best to help you find what you are looking for. 


How do I submit a product review?

You will need to set up an account. You can find this at the top right hand side of our navigation on the home page. Click on Account > sign up/login > click on your previous orders > select product > leave a review. We would love to know how you rate the products on our site.


I have a general problem accessing or buying from your website. 

We apologise for any inconvenience this is causing you. Please email us at hello@somethingformumma.com.au with any issues you are experiencing and we will work in having that resolved. From time to time systems upgrade and browser versions change which can cause errors. 

I have placed an order but I need to amend/cancel it. Is this possible?
